Childhood vaccination tracking for a healthcare provider in Colombia
The challenge
Manual review made it hard to identify children with overdue vaccines, pending doses and outdated contact information, increasing the risk of delays in their vaccination schedules.
The IPS (Colombia's term for a healthcare services provider) needed to detect each case promptly, prioritize follow-up and contact families to complete vaccination schedules on time.
The platform supports the staff without replacing clinical judgment: the provider's medical team approves the rules.
